Today I finished the assembly of the HF trailer. One issue I encountered was during the installation of the electrical lighting. I did a rough installation of the wire and it did not work, when it should have. I recalled watching a video of a young lady who said she had a grounding problem with her electrical on her HF trailer build. I installed the electrical to her specifications and everything worked! It turns out that the paint acts as a very good insulator. I used some self-tapping screws as she had to ground the wire to the trailer frame and the lights work!
